Sniffing out success goes beyond odor obedience
Is your dog struggling to get it together at the start line? Does your team race to make it past the gauntlet of parked cars on the way to your search? Do you find Fido disengaging from the search to hunt for chipmunks, mice, or squirrels instead of odor? Or do you find yourself grappling with some other unique puzzle that has you stumped?
These are just some of the common issues we see cropping up in scent work that are generally attributed to lack of odor obedience - but what if we told you that instead of an odor obedience problem, you actually have a clarity problem?
Bring Adam your scent sport woes and troubles. They will use their extensive knowledge as a behavior consultant, coach, and scent work competitor of nearly 10 years - as well as their experience as a USCSS judge & CSD to help puzzle through your troubles.
Adam will take a look at them in and out of context to begin building solutions that are sustainable long term, and hold up to trial conditions.
And that’s just the working teams! Auditors need not miss out on the fun - Adam believes in fostering a collaborative learning environment where they pull from members’ experiences and knowledge to best help the group out as a whole. Adam invites general questions and discussion from auditors in this membership.
“This training is beneficial to any dog, but if you’ve got an extremely intelligent dog with big feelings who just needs a little extra help managing all that, take it.”

Proven Approach
For many years, Adam had worked diligently with Boxer, Flash Gordon, to foster a strong drive for the hunt and pursuit of odor, eventually earning their NACSW Elite Championship as well as various titles in other organizations. Adam has since used their experience to develop the drive to hunt in multiple other dogs.
